  • 1x Avocado
  • 100g Barrique Feta (P.D.O.)
  • ½x Small Red Onion
  • 1x Jalapeño
  • 2x Cloves Garlic
  • ½x Batch Fresh Parsley (~10g)
  • 30ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice (~½ Lemon)
  • Lemon Zest
  • Extra: 4x Pita Breads


Step by step

Let your dip… go Greek!!!
A dip that ideally combines the creaminess of avocado & the spiciness of feta!

Simply add all the ingredients in a blender & mix well. Place the dip in a bowl & put it in the fridge for a bit to cool down. In the meantime put the pita bread in a tray, drizzle with oregano & extra virgin olive oil & grill them in the oven until they become crunchy like chips.

Enjoy the dip with the crunchy pita while drinking a nice Greek beer
