- 130 g Piperokama Naoumidi (Organic sauce from hot Florina peppers –P.G.I )
- 200-300 g feta cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano , thyme and savory
- Red onion and parsley
- Chopped Kalamon olives (optional)
Step by step
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. When heated add the Piperokama.
When it starts to boil break the feta cheese into pieces and add while lowering the heat. Add some olive oil and herbs and stir with wooden spoon to avoid burning the ingredients.
Let the feta cheese melt as much as you like but not completely.
Serve in two small bowls and garnish with red onion and parsley.
If you like olives add 1-2 chopped Kalamon olives.
