- 200g BIO Feta (P.D.O)
- 40g Walnuts
- 2-4x Cloves Garlic
- 50ml White Wine Vinegar
- 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1x Big Bunch Fresh Parsley (~50g)
Step by step
“Feta Pesto”… because feta matches with everything & parsley goes everywhere!
This our version of a green pesto where all the ingredients get a Greek “touch”… We substitute parmesan for feta (of course), pine nuts for walnuts, basil for parsley & balsamic for white wine vinegar. Yes, we keep the garlic as garlic in the Greek version!
Simply add all the ingredients in a blender & mix well. You can always add vinegar & garlic to taste.
Enjoy it with Hilopites (Greek Traditional Pasta)…
or stuff your mushrooms & grill them!
