- 300g Authentic Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2x Fresh Cucumber
- 1/2 x Batch Fresh Dill
- 1-2x Garlic Cloves
- 5-10ml Genuine White Vinegar
- 30-40ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1x Pinch of Pure Sea Salt

Let’s start Greek chef… by emptying the authentic greek yoghurt in a bowl.
Find a tasty cucumber & wash it well without peeling it! Keep the half & cut it in the middle in order to get out the watery core with a teaspoon. Finally, cut it with our or your way in small dices… yes you don’t have to grind it!
Get 1/2 of a batch of fresh dill & finely chop it before you add it in the mix.
Use 1 clove (or more if you like) of garlic & finely chop it after you smash it with your knife. Yes… a garlic press is not necessary too!
Finally, add a bit of pure sea salt & genuine white vinegar finishing with lots of greek extra virgin olive oil.
Mix well & taste to check if you need to add a bit of salt or olive oil. Serve on a colourful plate & drizzle with olive oil.
Enjoy with some grilled fresh bread & a glass of tsipouro!
