General Information

The 2 options to get our Premium Greek Products are:

1. to have them shipped/delivered to your doorstep
(Notice: only orders that weigh more than 2kg!)
2. to pick them up from our Showroom in Utrecht
(Notice: onlyduring showroom opening hours!)

Our showroom address is
Gessel 14, 3454MZ, De Meern (Utrecht)
& is open to public every
Friday 15:00-19:00 & Saturday 10:00-16:00.

Shipping/Delivery Information

1. We ship your orders with PostNL every Tuesday & Thursday
(Orders should be placed till 9:00am of the day of shipping)
ONLY to the following countries:
Netherlands & Belgium
(Delivered next day with PostNL, >95% accurate),
Germany & Luxemburg
(Delivered in 2-3 days with PostNL, >95% accurate),
Austria, Denmark, France, Sweden & Finland.

on the charges per country!
2. We deliver your orders with our means
for even better service as follows:
- Every Tuesday to Utrecht & Amersfoort
- Every Wednesday to Amsterdam, Diemen & Amstelveen
- Every Thursday to Den Haag, Rotterdam, Leiden & Delft
(Orders should be placed till 9:00am of the day of delivery)

Important Notice: We are not liable in case the order is not delivered to you by PostNL (or their partners outside NL) due to wrong address details. However, when your package is returned to us without damage we offer you a discount coupon (valid for 3 months) of equal value to the ordered products minus the double shipping costs (delivery & return). When there are also damages during return these products will be deducted from the discount coupon amount.

Refrigerated/Frozen Products

1. We ship our refrigerated products in thermoboxes*
with coolpads*(*free of charge!) only to
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany& Luxemburg
(Notice: Germany & Luxemburg only on Tuesdays!)
2. We ship our frozen products in thermoboxes*
with coolpads*(*free of charge!) only to
Netherlands & Belgium(Check notification of category!)

Important Notice: We are not liable for possible delays of delivery from PostNL. However, when the delivery of refrigerated products takes more than 3 days* & of frozen products more than 2 days* (*Day of shipment is Day 0 & not 1) we offer you a discount coupon (valid for 3 months) of equal value to the ordered products.
