All of our in stock products are shipped twice per week. Orders placed till Monday or Thursday at noon (12:00 CET) are shipped the following days, Monday and Thursday respectively. Transportation costs and delivery time may differ per country.

We recommend delivery to your work address. However, we can also deliver to your permanent residence address or any other address you wish.

If your order has not arrived on the estimated day and time, then:

  • Check your account details at your order confirmation email, so that we can confirm the shipping address of your order as well as your contact details.
