Orders placed after 10:00am will be shipped next day.

contractors for the deliveries & they are 90% accurate.
However, no claims can be made to "greek foodtales"

In the case that it’s not correct & this results in a delay
or a cancellation of the delivery then there is nothing
"greek foodtales" could do to reimburse you. Moreover,

*CHILLED PRODUCTS: YES, we do ship chilled products
with proper packaging that will keep them chilled for 3 days.
So, feel free to order anything you wish for without worries!

*FROZEN PRODUCTS: YES, we do ship frozen products but ONLY in the Netherlands
with proper packaging that will let them defrost in 1 day & can be prepared within 3 days.
