A different Rosé, because of the fermentation, from "Elinos Winery". It is a rosé much more like a red wine. You can drink it cold like other rosé wines but it matches very much with dishes which you would drink a light red wine with.

Maturation: 1.5 years in bottle
Alcoholic Content: 12.5% Vol.
Ageing Period: 2-3 years
