“Agiorgitiko & Xinomavro”… the Complementary Varieties!
“Agiorgitiko” & “Xinomavro” are the two more commercially important indigenous Greek red grape varieties. “Agiorgitiko” is mostly cultivated in Peloponnese while “Xinomavro is found in Macedonia. The pairing of those two divas from the south & the north offers a great outcome.
The “Cavistas” blend of those two top Greek varieties, the robust Xinomavro & the velvet Agiorgitiko, gives a great result! Its impermeable deep red colour predisposes you to the density that will follow. The wine has a distinct nose of red fruits like raspberry, plum, also displays some spices. Rich in the mouth, fruity, with well-structured tannins & long spicy finish.
The wine is offered in the latest generation of packaging that is completely environmentally-friendly & ensures its valuable content as respectively of a bottled wine.
