“Fisiko Siropi Greipfrout” is created through the “gentle cooking” of fresh grapefruit juice & white grape molasses, made from Cretan grapefuits & grapes. The concentration of the mix is carried out under pressure, allowing it to reach a low maximum temperature of around 55°C, which preserves the flavour & nutritional characteristics of the ingredients. A premium natural syrup, without added sugar, artificial sweeteners, pectins or thickeners. Use it to add bright citrus flavour to pastries, sweets, drinks, cocktails, or simply mix it with cold water to create a refreshing lemonade in seconds.
