“Tsarouchas Bros SA” was founded in 1963 by George Tsarouchas as a small production unit in the city of Kavala. His main goal was to create traditional products & offer them to the local market. He carefully selected the finest raw materials & used his own processing methods, inspired by the culinary traditions of the region. As customer demand grew, the company relocated to larger & more advanced facilities. Today, the 3rd generation is actively involved in the company’s operations, carrying on the vision of its predecessors with the same passion & enthusiasm. One of the company’s key strengths is its direct collaboration with producers & the careful selection of raw materials. Combined with traditional Macedonian recipes & decades of experience in the food sector, this results in products of exceptional quality & distinctive taste.
“Lahanika Toursi se Almi” are a colourful combination of 7 carefully selected vegetables: cauliflower, carrot, green tomato, radish, gherkin, green & red pepper, preserved in a flavourful brine for a crisp texture & perfectly balanced tangy taste.
