“Kolios” produces a wide variety of traditional Greek cheeses & yoghurts of a constantly high-quality, unsurpassed flavour & excellent taste since 1948. The ultra-modern factory of the company (52.000m²) processes fresh sheep’s, goat’s & cow’s milk in an idyllic farming area in the heart of Northern Greek region of Macedonia. The milk is collected daily from selected & controlled farms of Greece by the company’s fleet of fully-automated & isolated tank-trucks. The excellent raw material, the fully-automated state-of-the-art production lines, the well-trained & specialized personnel & the thorough quality controls applied at every production stage, ensure the excellent quality of “Kolios’ products”. The quality commitment of “Kolios” has been decorated by winning numerous prestigious international awards.
“Kolios Paradosiako” cheese is the best known semi-hard cheese in Greece. It has been produced by “Kolios” since 1948 according to a special family recipe. It is made from fresh pasteurised cow’s milk & is an aromatic cheese with a mild, lightly salted taste.
