Low temperatures & thorough testing take place during the smoking process in order to ensure the balance of flavour. The natural aromas of tuna & the addition of lemon & oregano create a unique product for tuna lovers. Tuna is a non-fatty fish, rich in omega-3 fatty acids & an excellent source of proteins that help maintain the bones healthy as well as build up & maintain muscle mass. In addition, it contains Vitamin B12 which is important for the nervous system. The tuna used is fished around the area of the Equator from selected suppliers that meet the strict quality requirements based on the evaluation inspections of “Trata”.
