Faithfully following traditional recipes, they create authentic handmade products that offer you wonderful aromas & flavours. In the picturesque Portaria of Pelion, in the mountain of the Centaurs, they produce with selected fruits of the Greek land (own or from selected farmers), the most delicious products in their ultramodern facilities. By implementing a direct control at all stages of production, from proper plant cultivation, harvest conditions to processing, standardization & distribution of the products, they manage to create products of the highest quality.
“Firiki Apple Cider & Molasses Balsamic Vinegar” is a unique combination of the “Apple Cider” & the “Apple Molasses”, both produced with special care & only with the best apples of Pelion’s local variety “Firiki”. The apple cider process includes maturation of at least 6 months in oak barrels. The final product is bottled unfiltered & unpasteurized, thus containing the most nutritious part known as the “mother” which consists of beneficial bacteria, yeasts & proteins.
