From 1938 until today they cultivate trees with the oldest being 120 years old. By extension, they are 3rd generation olive growers & with effort, love & passion they make sure to make olives filled with the scents of tradition & childhood memories that take us on a journey with a glance & a taste. “Elies Halkidikis – Prasines Haraktes me Diosmo” are made with the world-famous green olives of Halkidiki, a fruit collected in Halkidiki from the homonymous variety. They are processed with the engraving method with natural fermentation & slow maturation for crispy flesh & perfect taste characteristics that stand out even more with the special aroma of mint.
