“Ploos Design” is a creative studio founded in 2013 by two young & ambitious industrial designers, Angeliκa Niarchou & Georgia Oikonomopoulou. It is based in Athens, Greece. They met each other during their studies in “Product Design” on the beautiful island of Syros & since then they create collections of modern everyday items. “Ploos” derives from the ancient Greek word “πλοῦς” & means the good journey of a ship at sea. This is what design is for them. A good journey & every day they have the curiosity to discover even more things about it. They design with passion, determination & creativity. Always curious to explore new combinations of patterns, materials & colours. The minimal lines & meaningful use of colours compose a unique mixture, the mixture of “Ploos Design” products.
