Microbrewery of Serres & Northern Greece aka “Siris MicroBrewery” was founded in 2013 by people who love fine beers & gastronomy. Its philosophy is to produce & offer beers of high-quality standards that will enrich the Greek gastronomy worldwide & will accompany your most beautiful moments. Utilizing the delicious richness & aromas of hops & malts, they produce with love & passion Greek, fresh & unpasteurized craft beers in unique recipes. Their aim is for small & not mass production, so as not to deteriorate the flavour, the aromas & the nutritional value of the beer. The vision for “Voreia” & “Happy Brewers” craft beers is to become a reference point among all beer lovers worldwide. To achieve that they focus on a slow & steady growth while remaining loyal to their principles & philosophy.
The company or even better the team consists of people passionate with life, beautiful moments & a good craft beer! They believe that the human factor is the key component of a successful effort & so they invested a lot in forming an experienced group who share the same philosophy & handle brewing as a ritual & not as a simple task. They treat beer as a living organism, which goes through several life stages until it is ready for consumption & they act to this effect. Therefore, they do not limit themselves to the detailed & daily control of their beer through all production stages, but they also communicate with their beer, they talk & play music to it & treat beer as an equal part of their group!
An “India Pale Ale (IPA)” beer with generous additions of American hop & 3 kinds of malts, which give intense aromas of citrus & conifers, amber colour & long-lasting aftertaste. Simply impressive! Enjoy it at 8°C.
