“Manouri” is a traditional white soft cheese that is made in the regions of Thessaly, Central & Western Macedonia from sheep’s & goat’s whey & milk cream. It is a typical Greek cheese & it is also recognized as a P.D.O.. It has a unique milk aroma with a rich aftertaste. Its consistency is characterized as soft with a compact structure. Its taste is pleasant & sweet & can be eaten also as a dessert.
